A sketch, a photograph, an old drawing or a sample part is usually enough to begin. Tell us the material, the quantity and where it fits in your process, and we will come back with any questions before quoting. For fabrication work, the shop’s cutting and bending capability is worth telling us up front — we design to what you can actually make.
A single 2D part drawing is typically same-day to next-day. A medium fabrication assembly runs three to seven working days depending on part count. Pressure vessels and full process packages are scheduled against an agreed programme. Fast-track and urgent handling are available — the estimator on this page shows what that does to the price.
2D drawings come as PDF and DWG. 3D models come as STEP for universal use, plus native SolidWorks or Fusion files, and STL where printing or visualisation is needed. Sheet metal work includes flat-pattern DXF ready for laser cutting. Bills of material come as Excel and PDF.
Yes. Pressure equipment is detailed to ASME Section VIII Division 1 and IS 2825 conventions, heat exchangers to TEMA layouts, storage tanks to API 650 practice, structural work to IS 2062 material grades, and welding symbols to ISO 2553. Where third-party certification or statutory approval is required, we prepare the drawing set to suit and you engage the approving authority.
Two revision rounds are included on standard drafting and modelling jobs. Full design packages carry revisions through to your approval. Changes that alter the agreed scope — a different size, a new sub-assembly, a change of code — are quoted separately before any work starts, never after.
Yes. Client files are used only for the job they were sent for and are never shown as portfolio work without written permission. We are happy to sign your NDA before you send anything. Nothing on this website belongs to a client who has not agreed to it being shown.
Our base is Mysuru and we know the Hebbal, Metagalli, Kadakola, Belagola and Hootagalli industrial belt well enough to visit a shop floor when a job needs it. Drafting and modelling work is delivered digitally, so we take projects from anywhere in India and from overseas clients on the same terms.
Per-project work is normally part advance and the balance on delivery of the approved set. Hourly and monthly retainer arrangements are invoiced at the end of each cycle. For long-term collaboration we agree the terms once and keep them for the duration — no per-job negotiation.
A photo of a worn part, a hand sketch on paper, or an old drawing is enough to get a firm quotation back — usually the same working day. No obligation, and nothing you send is shown to anyone else.
